The form should be used for receivers & receiver
assemblies only and only by those people who have
studied the
catalog and so
therefore understand the meaning of the terms and know the prices. Receiver orders
should be for only those items on the form and should include $100 deposit
and the understanding that I am very far behind so there will be a
substantial wait that I can not estimate. Comments do not belong on the
form and will probably be ignored or overlooked or may cause confusion at
the time of manufacture leading to errors. Use a separate form for
each receiver if more than one is ordered. If you have any questions,
