Colt Thompson Sale & Shipping Information
Most of you know that I have all the original manufacturing drawings for the
Thompson gun and accessories with very few exceptions. But, you may not be aware
that I also have all the original factory sale and shipping information for the
Colt-manufactured guns.
Because so many people have wanted this information, I have decided to offer to
research individual gun serial numbers and provide the information for $56
postpaid for each serial number requested. To add authenticity to the
information, it will be provided on my “Auto-Ordnance Company” letterhead and mailed unfolded. A sample format is shown below.
Simply send $56 and the Colt Thompson serial number to Doug Richardson, 2100
McReynolds Rd., Malibu, CA 90265.
If for any reason the information is not available for your gun (these records
are as much as 88 years old), your payment will be fully refunded regardless of
the time spent searching. Do not ask about non-Colt guns as I have no records
for other Thompsons.
